Small-Based Christian Community
A small based Christian community will begin meeting on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm.
The readings for the upcoming Sunday will be read each week, along with faith sharing
about how the scriptures apply to your life. The Quest book will be used as a guide. This is an
excellent way to familiarize yourself with the readings as you prepare for Sunday Mass. For
more information, please call Linda O’Connell at 631-804-0429.

Sts. Peter & Paul is looking to create a

Fundraising Committee
If interested, or if you have any ideas, please call the
office at 369-1273.

Capital Campaign Reminder!
Please begin fulfilling your pledges toward our building project. Our diocese requires 80% of the projected cost of a building cost project to be in cash before permission is given to proceed to bids on the construction. The faster we accumulate the funds, the quicker we can proceed to groundbreaking!
This summer we are prayerfully thinking about our plans for parish growth and development. $630,000 was pledged toward our goal of $1,000,000. In light of this, shall we scale back our Parish Center design, or move to a simple wood Church and have our current church become our community center? The Council, Staff and Finance Committee will meet to make the decision on this by mid-September 2010.

THE ENVIRONMENTS AND ARTS
COMMITTEE

(See our Page)

It’s a big title, so we go by the name of the E & A Committee...we’re the group who “transition” the Church from one liturgical season to the next. It is our goal to help create an “environment” in our worship space that is both prayerful and reflective. We usually work with fabric and
flowers...and ideas. We would welcome your helping hands and assistance in this holy task...especially during Holy Week. If you would like to share in the joy of this ministry.
